摘要
在数字经济引领世界潮流的背景之下,我国对高职院校的师资队伍提出了更高的要求。师资作为复合技术技能型人才的培养者,在数字化改造中扮演着及其重要的地位。通过对L省35项申报书的质性分析,拟得出高职院校师资队伍的类型特征,分别是优秀卓越型师资、发展平平型师资以及急需改善型师资。基于以上的分析研究,得出能促进高职院校师资队伍的启示。如提高专职教师的综合能力、注重3种类型师资的分配以及建设数字化教师团队。
Under the background that the digital economy leads the world trend,my country has put forward higher requirements for the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges.As the trainers of complex technical and skilled talents,teachers play an important role in digital transformation.Through the qualitative analysis of the 35 declarations of L province,it is proposed to draw the characteristics of the types of teachers in higher vocational colleges,namely outstanding teachers,mediocre teachers,and teachers in urgent need of improvement.Based on the above analysis and research,the enlightenment that can promote the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges is drawn.Such as improving the comprehensive ability of full-time teachers,focusing on the allocation of three types of teachers,and building a digital teacher team.
