创新与实践:应用型高校经济学本科人才培养体系的研究

Innovation and Practice:Research on the Training System of Undergraduate Economics Talents in Applied Universities

经济发展方式的变革和转型对经济学人才所具备的能力和素质提出了更高的要求,为了满足对我国社会主义经济建设的人才需求,高校在进行经济学专业人才培养时,既要注重理论水平的提高,还要培养出一支创新能力强、实践经验丰富的人才队伍,应用型高校在进行经济学本科教育时要区别于综合性大学,特别关注对学生创新能力和实践能力的培养。在分析了应用型高校经济学本科人才的能力培养定位以及培养目标,结合本科教育教学体系中所存在的问题,从课程建设、培养方案以及专业设置三方面,对如何提高应用型高校本科人才的创新和实践能力提出建议。

The reform and transformation of the economic development mode have put forward higher requirements for the ability and quality of economic talents.In order to meet the demand of talents for China s socialist economy,colleges and universities should not only pay attention to the improvement of the theoretical level,but also cultivate a talent team with strong innovation ability and rich practical experience.When conducting undergraduate education in economics,application-oriented universities should focus on the cultivation of students innovative and practical abilities.This paper first analyzes the ability training orientation and training objectives of undergraduate economics talents in application-oriented universities,and then puts forward suggestions on how to improve the innovation and practical ability of undergraduate economics talents in application-oriented universities from three aspects of curriculum construction,training program and specialty setting,in combination with the problems existing in the undergraduate education and teaching system.
