钻石模型视角下广西北海邮轮产业竞争力研究

Study on the Competitiveness of Guangxi Beihai Cruise Industry from the Perspective of Diamond Model

近年来,“一带一路”政策的不断推进与落实使广西北海旅游业得到了迅速发展,其中邮轮旅游作为高端的旅游产品,其独特的定位与运行机制对区域经济发展创造了新的机遇。文章基于迈克尔·波特的钻石模型视角下,构建指标竞争力指数评价体系,对比分析北海与上海、三亚、厦门邮轮产业发展差距,总结北海邮轮产业发展优势,对北海市邮轮产业提供未来发展策略。

In recent years,the continuous promotion and implementation of the“one belt and one road”policy has led to the rapid development of tourism in Beihai,Guangxi.As a luxurious tourism product,cruise tourism has created new opportunities for regional economic development with its unique positioning and operation mechanism.Based on the perspective of Michael Porter’s diamond model,this paper composed an competitiveness index system,to compare and analyze the development gap between Beihai and Shanghai,Sanya and Xiamen cruise industry,summarized the development advantages of the North Sea cruise industry,and provided future development strategies for beihai cruise industry.
