一种油乳剂兽用疫苗冷链运输方法的标准化建立

Standardized Establishment of a Cola Chain Transportation Method for Oil Emulsion Veterinary Vaccine

兽用疫苗作为预防动物病毒病、细菌病或寄生虫病的生物制品,必须具备“安全、有效、稳定、均一”的特性。从生产出合格的疫苗到注射动物体内,疫苗的运输条件保障是疫苗保持“有效、稳定”的重要环节之一。文章就目前我国油乳剂兽用疫苗冷链运输技术的发展现状和水平进行了总结和分析,结合试验建立了一种油乳剂兽用疫苗“储存温度评估—运输环节关键点控制—终端用户储存、使用关键点管理”的方法。

As a biological product to prevent animal viral,bacterial or parasitic diseases,veterinary vaccines must have the characteristics of“safety,effectiveness,efficiency and uniformity”.From producing a qualified vaccines to injecting into animals,the guarantee of transportation conditions of the vaccine is one of the important links for vaccine to maintain efficiency and stability.In this paper,the development status and level of cold chain transportation technology of oil emulsion veterinary vaccine in China were summarized and analyzed,combined with the experiment,a standard of veterinary vaccine“storage temperature evaluationtransportation key point control-user storage and use key point management”was established for discussion.
