基于岗课赛证融通的高职教学改革探析——以现代物流管理专业为例

Exploration and Analysis of Higher Vocational Teaching Reform Based on Post-course,Competition and Certificate Integration——Taking Modern Logistics Management Major as an Example

以天津商务职业学院现代物流管理专业为例,分析其通过典型工作业务流程模拟,将课程教学内容情景化;以物流技能大赛训练为抓手,将教学形式层次化、多样化,实现“岗课”衔接、“证课”融通、“赛课”融合的实践。旨在为高职院校当前的教学改革提供有益借鉴。

Taking the modern logistics management major of Tianjin College of Commerce as an example,it analyzes the scenario of the course teaching content through the simulation of typical work business processes,and takes the logistics skills competition training as the starting point to levelize and diversify the teaching forms,so as to realize the practice of“post-class”connection,“certificate course”integration,and“competition course”integration.It aims to provide useful reference for the current teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.
