在新一轮产业变革的趋势下,以电动化、智能化、网联化融合发展为特征的下一代新能源汽车已逐渐成为产业竞争的焦点。当前,部分城市也已出台了相应的支持政策,以顶层规划引导、推动新能源汽车自动驾驶测试示范、产业发展激励支持方式,加快推动当地产业的转型发展,以把握新一轮产业变革的重大机遇。通过研究新能源汽车产业转型发展的重大趋势,梳理分析了主要城市出台的下一代新能源汽车支持政策情况及相关政策措施的特征,为地方推动下一代新能源汽车产业发展提出建议。

Under the trend of a new round of industrial revolution,the next generation of NEVs,characterized by electrification,intelligence and network integration,has gradually become the focus of industrial competition.At present,some cities have also issued corresponding support policies to accelerate the transformation and development of local industries by means of top-level planning guidance,promotion of NEV autonomous driving test and demonstration,and encouragement and support for industrial development,so as to seize the major opportunities of the new round of industrial revolution.By studying the major trend of the transformation and development of the NEVs industry,this paper further combs and analyzes the supporting policies of the next generation of NEVs issued by major cities and the characteristics of relevant policies and measures,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions for local promotion of the development of the next generation of NEVs industry.
