Patent Analysis of Power Battery Safety Technology and Intellectual Property Risk Response

随着我国新能源汽车产业的发展,电动汽车的安全问题成为消费者关注的焦点,而动力电池安全无疑是影响电动车安全的重要因素之一。通过对主要零部件及整车企业在动力电池安全领域的专利申请及布局情况进行分析,围绕动力电池安全相关专利纠纷展开讨论,为今后新能源汽车行业未来技术研发方向和专利保护提供基础研究。

With the development of New Energy Vehicle(NEV)industry in China,the safety of electric vehicles has become the focus of consumers’attention.Power battery safety is undoubtedly one of the important factors affecting the safety of electric vehicles.This paper aims to analyze the patent application and layout of mainstream major parts and vehicle enterprises in the field of power battery safety,and discuss the patent disputes related to power battery safety,so as to provide reference and solutions for the future technology research and development direction and patent protection of the new energy vehicle industry in the future.At the same time,this paper also discusses the power battery safety related patent disputes,and provides suggestions for enterprises to effectively avoid intellectual property risks.
