人机工程在城市客车设计中的应用

摘要 客车驾驶员的操作舒适性和乘客乘坐舒适性是客车重要的评价项目,针对主机厂售后反馈信息中关于驾驶不舒适和乘坐不舒适的问题,提出利用人机工程学把驾驶员操作中不舒适的问题和乘客乘坐不舒适问题转化到设计车型中。首先将主机厂售后信息分类,分成驾驶员操作舒适性问题和乘员舱舒适性问题。通过与竞品车型比较,判断设计目标值制定是否合理,然后调整人机空间目标值。通过泡沫模型、油泥模型和样车制造,验证城市客车内饰设计过程中的人机工程学设计,实现驾驶员和乘员较高的驾乘满意度目标。 The driver’s operating comfort and the passenger’s riding comfort are important evaluation items for urban buses.Aiming at the problems of driving discomfort and riding discomfort in the after-sales feedback information of the OEM,it is proposed to use ergonomics to transform the uncomfortable problems in the driver operations and passengers’riding discomfort into the design models.First,the after-sales information of the OEM is classified into operation comfort problems in driver cabin and occupant comfort problems in occupant cabin.By comparing with competing models,judgment is made on whether the design target value is reasonable,and then the man-machine space target value is adjusted.Through foam model,clay model,and prototype manufacturing,the ergonomics of this paper in the interior design process of urban bus are verified,and the goal of high satisfaction for drivers and passengers is achieved.
