冷等离子降解农药溶液或残留的研发对粮粒净化的启示 被引量:1

摘要 新收获的小麦籽粒呕吐毒素及农药残留超标现象时有发生,急需研发绿色环保的粮食污染物净化技术。近10年新兴的冷等离子体技术,包含臭氧、紫外光、电子、自由基及离子等一系列活性物质,用于农药和真菌毒素溶液处理,证明了农药和毒素降解遵守一阶反应动力学。冷等离子技术在食品行业的应用研发考虑了冷等离子系统类型,还有工艺参数如载气组成、压强、施加电压、放电距离及样品暴露方式(直接与间接)。概述了冷等离子发生的系统类型及其降解农药溶液和残留的机理,归纳总结冷等离子设备的工艺参数设定及活性物质反应的方程式,这些进展为环境友好的冷等离子技术在粮食收获后处理中的放大应用研发提供了新思路。 In abnormal years newly harvested wheat grains have overproof deoxynivalenol content, and it is an urgent need for study environmental friendly technology of grain decontamination. The recent ten-year rising cold plasma technology contains active species such as ozone, ultraviolet light, electron, free radicals, and ionized atoms, and is applied to treat solutions of pesticides and mycotoxins, demonstrating a first-order reaction kinetics.The upscaling studies of cold plasma technology in food industry consider system types of plasma devices, and process parametes such as carrier gas composition, pressure, plasma power, discharge distance, and sample ex-posing mode(directly or indirectly). This paper outlines plasma generation divice and the mechanism for degra-dation of pesticide solution and residues, and sums up the process parameter setting of plasma device and the re-action equations of active species. These advances provide the novel idea for upscaling study of cold plasma in post-harvest treatment of grains.
