摘要
对于粮仓内粮食的定期翻整,传统的人工翻粮、挖沟方式具有劳动强度大、工作效率低以及部分粮仓并不适合人工作业等多种缺点,针对这些问题设计了一种机械翻粮装置,该装置可提高粮仓作业的机械化程度和工作效率。其装置包括支撑架、翻粮机构、调节组件以及驱动装置。该装置可以实现粮仓内的粮食的定期翻整及在仓内粮食任何发热部位实现发热点翻粮散热及排湿。
For the regular turning of grain in the granary, the traditional manual turning and ditching methods have many disadvantages such as high labor intensity, low work efficiency and part of the granary is not suitable for manual operation. Aiming at these problems, a mechanical turning device is designed, which can improve the mechanization degree and work efficiency of the granary operation. The device comprises a support frame, a grain turning mechanism, an adjusting component and a driving device. The device can realize the regular turning of grain in the granary and realize heat dissipation and moisture discharge in any hot part of the grain in the gra-nary.
