Reflections on the Construction of Liaoning’s Grain Industry Socialized Service System in the “Rural Revitalization” Strategy

从粮食产业社会化服务的特点、乡村振兴战略中辽宁粮食产业社会化服务现状、推进辽宁粮食产业社会化服务体系建设的必要性和模式选择进行分析,分别从政府引导推动、财政金融助力、科技引领支撑及龙头企业示范引领等方面提出了对策建议,对于促进粮食产业社会化服务的进一步发展具有重要意义。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the socialized service of the grain industry, the current sit-uation of the socialized service of the grain industry in Liaoning in the strategy of rural revitalization, the necessi-ty and mode selection of promoting the construction of the socialized service system of the grain industry in Liaoning, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of government guidance and promo-tion, financial assistance, science and technology leading support, and leading enterprises, which is of great sig-nificance for promoting the further development of socialized services in the grain industry.
