摘要
通过对大豆储藏的主要特性、影响因子以及保管条件等进行综合分析,在此基础上以天津为例研究了沿海地区对于大豆储藏的安全技术以及品质控制的方法,在确保大豆安全储藏的基础上,控制产生虫霉危害等外部环境条件,延缓品质劣变,保证大豆的食用质量和商品价值。
Through a comprehensive analysis of the main characteristics, influencing factors and storage conditions of soybean storage, on this basis, taking Tianjin as an example, the safety technology and quality control methods for soybean storage in coastal areas are systematically studied. On the basis of safe storage, controlling external environmental conditions such as pests and mildew damage can further delay the deterioration of quality and fundamentally improve the edible quality and commodity value of soybeans.
