摘要
分别对消解试剂用量、消解温度、消解时间进行优化,得出婴幼儿食品中镉含量的快速测定方法,并对该方法进行验证和应用。结果表明:用2 mL硝酸、120℃加热0.5 h进行消解,最低检出限为0.206μg/kg,质控样品回收率在89%~113%之间,精密度在3%以内,准确度和精密度较好。此方法对镉含量较高的样品适用,可用于重金属污染等食品安全事件中镉含量的快速检测,可为监管部门提供技术支持。
The digestion reagent dosage, digestion temperature and digestion time were optimized respectively to obtain the rapid determination method of cadmium content in infant food, and the method was verified and ap-plied. The results showed that the samples were digested with 2 mL nitric acid and heated at 120 ℃ for 0.5 h.The minimum detection limit was 0.206 μg/kg. The recovery rate was 89% ~113%, and the precision was less than 3%. This method is suitable for samples with high cadmium content, and can be used for rapid detection of cadmium content in food safety incidents such as heavy metal pollution, and can provide technical support for regulatory authorities.
