浮针疗法联合曲旋直提法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Floating Needle Therapy Combined with Curved Rotation and Straight Lifting Acupuncture Method in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

【目的】观察浮针联合曲旋直提法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。【方法】将60例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,观察组给予浮针疗法联合曲旋直提法治疗,对照组给予常规电针治疗,连续治疗2周。治疗14 d后,观察2组患者治疗前后Mcgill疼痛评分表的变化情况,Mcgill疼痛评分表包括疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、疼痛分级指数(PRI)及现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分,以及颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分的情况。比较2组患者治疗前后颈椎活动度(ROM)的变化情况。【结果】(1)治疗1、14 d后,2组患者的Mcgill疼痛评分,包括VAS、PRI、PPI评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善Mcgill疼痛评分方面明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的NDI评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善NDI评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的颈椎活动度,包括左旋转、右旋转、左侧屈、右侧屈明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善颈椎活动度方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】浮针疗法配合曲旋直提法治疗颈型颈椎病,能够快速减轻颈型颈椎病患者的疼痛症状,改善患者的颈椎活动度,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of floating needle therapy combined with curved rotation and straight lifting acupuncture method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with floating acupuncture combined with curved rotation and straight lifting method,while the control group was treated with conventional electroacupuncture.The treatments in both groups lasted for consecutive 2 weeks.The changes of Mcgill pain scale including visual analogue scale(VAS)score,pain rating index(PRI),present pain intensity(PPI)score,and neck disability index(NDI)score in two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the changes of range of motion(ROM)were compared between two group before and after treatment.Results(1)After 1 day and 14 days of treatment,the Mcgill pain scores including VAS,PRI and PPI scores were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the Mcgill pain scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the NDI scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the NDI scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the cervical spine mobility,including left rotation,right rotation,left flexion and right flexion were significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving cervical spine mobility,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating needle therapy combined with curved rotation and straight lifting acupuncture method for cervical spondylosis has significant effect in reducing the pain symptoms and improving the mobility of the cervical spine of patients with cervical spondylosis.
