扶正散结法联合自血疗法治疗肺结节的临证经验

Clinical Experience of Fuzheng Sanjie Method Combined with Autohemotherapy in the Treatment of Pulmonary Nodule

肺结节与肺癌的早期筛查、诊断密切相关,随着肺结节检出率的提高,寻求中医治疗的患者也不断增多。肺结节可按中医“肺积”进行辨证论治,本病发病与外感因素、环境因素、职业因素、情志因素、饮食偏颇、宿有旧疾等相关,病机为“正虚、气滞、痰瘀”三端,治疗上以扶正调气、化痰祛瘀通络散结等为法,并联合中医特色自血疗法。该文阐述了扶正散结法以及自血疗法治疗肺积的理论依据、用药特色及经络穴位,可为临床治疗提供参考。

Objective Pulmonary nodules are closely associated with early screening and diagnosis of lung cancer.With the increase of the detection rate of pulmonary nodules,the demand of patients seeking traditional Chinese medicine is increasing treatment(TCM).The syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung nodules can be identified according to the TCM concept“lung mass”.The etiology of this disease is related to external factors,environmental factors,occupational factors,emotional factors,dietary bias and former affliction,and the pathogenesis is“deficiency of healthy qi,qi stagnation and phlegm stasis”.The treatment is based on the method of supporting healthy qi and regulating qi,resolving phlegm and eliminating stasis,unblocking collaterals to dissipate mass,and combining with the characteristic autohemotherapy therapy of TCM.This article explains the theoretical basis,the characteristics of the medicine used and the meridian points for the treatment of lung mass by the Fuzheng Sanjie Method(a method mainly with the action of supporting health qi to dissipate mass)and autohemotherapy,which provides a reference for clinical treatment.
