毛冬青治疗心力衰竭的药理学研究进展

Progress in Pharmacological Research of Radix Ilicis Pubescentis for the Treatment of Heart Failure

毛冬青是治疗心力衰竭的常用药物。近年来的药理学研究表明,毛冬青及其主要有效成分对心血管系统具有促血管活性、正性肌力作用、抑制心室重构、抑制心肌纤维化、保护心肌细胞、抗炎和抑制血栓形成等作用。综述毛冬青及其主要有效成分对心血管系统的药理作用进展,可为毛冬青在心力衰竭临床治疗中的合理使用和基础研究提供参考。

Radix Ilicis Pubescentis is a commonly-used herb for the treatment of heart failure.Recent pharmacological studies have shown that Radix Ilicis Pubescentis and its main active ingredients have vasoactive effect and positive inotropic effect,and can inhibit ventricular remodelling and myocardial fibrosis,protect cardiomyocytes,counteract inflammation and inhibit thrombosis in the cardiovascular system.This article reviewed the progress in the pharmacological effects of Radix Ilicis Pubescentis and its main active ingredients on the cardiovascular system,which will provide a reference for the fundamental research and rational use of Radix Ilicis Pubescentis in the clinical treatment of heart failure.
