针灸治疗子宫肌瘤临床选穴组方规律研究

Study on the Prescription Rules of Clinical Acupoint Selection and Prescriptions of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

【目的】通过数据挖掘研究临床针灸治疗子宫肌瘤选穴的组方规律。【方法】检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(WanFang)已经公开发表并收录的关于针灸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床中文文献,通过严格筛选,采用Microsoft Excel以及SPSS Clementine软件中Apriori算法进行信息挖掘与分析。【结果】纳入针灸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床文献共80篇,针灸处方133条,使用腧穴63个,使用频次较高的腧穴为关元、子宫、三阴交;常用经络为任脉、足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经;腧穴所属部位主要分布在下腹部和下肢部;特定穴类别中交会穴、五腧穴、募穴占优势;三穴配伍中三阴交、子宫、足三里组合支持度最高。【结论】针灸治疗子宫肌瘤选穴及组方规律有一定规律可循,可为临床治疗和科研提供借鉴和参考。

Objective To study the prescription rules of clinical acupoint selection of acupuncture in the treatment of uterine fibroids through Data-mining technology.Methods The clinical Chinese literature on the treatment of uterine fibroids by acupuncture was retrieved from the CNKI,VIP and WanFang,and the information was mined and analyzed using Microsoft Excel and the Apriori algorithm in SPSS Clementine software.Results A total of 80 clinical literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for uterine fibroids were counted,with 133 acupuncture prescriptions and 63 acupoints used;The high frequently used acupoints were Guanyuan(RN4),Zigong(Ex-CA07)and Sanyinjiao(SP6);The commonly used meridians were conception vessel(CV),foot taiyin spleen meridians and foot Yangming stomach meridians;The sites to which the acupoints belonged were mainly distributed in the lower abdomen and lower limbs;The specific acupuncture point category is dominated by Jiaohui points,Wushu points and Mu points;The combination of Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zigong(Ex-CA07)and Zusanli(ST36)has the highest support among the compatibility three acupoints.Conclusion There are certain rules for the prescription regularity of clinical acupoint selection and on acupuncture in treating uterine fibroids,which has provided referencable value for clinical treatment and scientific research.
