摘要
高质量的学校文化,是慧于中、秀于外、诚于内的文化,包含显在和隐含的生活方式。利用一目了然的显性文化,识别理所当然的隐性文化,呈现学校文化全景,对于建设美好教育生活意义重大。与显性文化相对而言,学校隐性文化指位于盲目区、隐藏区和未知区的那部分内容,其发生机制是根植于人性、组织和文本的疏离机制,生成于结构、管理和知识的模糊机制,来源于生活、工作和合作的联合机制。打开学校隐性文化视窗,运用多角度识别、对机制利用和有意识超越三种手段,对其进行管理,可以达到如下目的:避免文化尴尬,化解文化威胁;享受文化安全,增进文化理解;拥有文化自信,实现文化超越。
A high-quality school culture is a culture that contains wisdom,reveals beauty,and internalizes integrity,and includes explicit and invisible ways of life.Using the explicit culture at a glance to identify the implicit culture that is taken for granted,thus presenting apanorama of school culture,which is of great significance for building a better educational life.Compared with explicit culture,school implicit culture refers to the culture located in blind,hidden,and unknown areas.Its generation mechanisms are:alienation mechanism rooted in human nature,organization and text,fuzzy mechanism generated by structure,management and knowledge,and joint mechanism of life,work and cooperation.The implicit culture management strategy of the school refers to the method and way of implicit culture management of the school,including three progressive strategies:multi-dimension identification strategy,mechanism utilization strategy and conscious transcendence strategy.By using these strategies,we can avoid cultural embarrassment,resolve cultural threats,enjoy cultural security,enhance cultural understanding,have cultural confidence and achieve cultural transcendence.
