摘要
法律人工智能经历了从法律专家系统到论证检索和认知计算的转变。法律解析为论证检索和认知计算提供了强大的技术支持。法律解析是使用语言的统计的和机器学习的技术从法律文本数据库中提取有意义的知识和模式。法律解析实现了自动表示法律概念和关系、信息提取和挖掘与论证相关信息的目标。法律人工智能将法律实践带入人机协作时代,人类与计算机彼此执行最擅长的智能活动。人工智能时代涌现了一大批法律应用程序,他们将极大地改变律师的工作方式和法院的运作方式。
Legal artificial intelligence has undergone a transition from a legal expert system to argument retrieval and cognitive computing.Legal analytics provides strong technical support for argument retrieval and cognitive computing.Legal analytics refer to automated discovery of meaningful knowledge and pattern from archives of legal text data using linguistic,statistical and machine learning techniques.Legal analytics achieves the goal of automatically representing legal concepts and relationships,information extraction,and mining and argumentation-related information.Legal artificial intelligence brings legal practice into the era of human-computer collaboration,where humans and computers perform the intelligent activities that they do best.The age of AI has seen a surge of legal APP that will dramatically change the way lawyers work and the courts.
