摘要
心脏疾病是老年人发病和死亡的主要原因,细胞衰老在年龄相关疾病(如心力衰竭)中发挥重要作用。近年来,越来越多的研究关注如何在体内靶向清除衰老细胞以达到延年益寿。本文详细阐述细胞衰老在心脏疾病中的作用及治疗,为预防和改善衰老相关心脏疾病提供新思路和依据。
Heart disease is the main cause of morbidity and mortality in the elderly.Cell senescence plays an important role in age-related diseases,including heart failure.In recent years,more and more studies have focused on how to prolong life by targeting senescent cells in vivo.In this paper,the role and treatment of cellular senescence in the heart disease are described in detail,which provides a new idea and basis for the prevention and improvement of age-related heart diseases.
