With the construction and development of the discipline of Marxist theory, the number of doctoral students in this major is increasingly expanding. It becomes necessary to guide them to comprehensively understand the problems of reading,scientific research and employment. On the issue of reading, the focus should be on why and what to read and how to read well. In the scientific research question, we should focus on the research direction, the scope of the selected topic and the orientation of the selected topic. On the issue of employment, we should understand the specific situation of the employer in many aspects, deal with the relationship between one-time selection and multiple choices, correctly treat the unit of entry and exit, and always maintain an advanced attitude towards business efforts.
