基于孔子君子教育思想的新时代青年道德人格培育

Cultivation of Young People’s Moral Personality in the New Era Based on Confucius’ Thought of Gentleman Education

“君子之道”是孔子究其一生所践行的根本之道。在孔子看来,君子总是以“仁”“知”“勇”等内在品格来要求自己,以“礼”的行为规范来约束自己,这是孔子培养君子的基本内容,也是孔子全部哲学体系和道德教诲的精华所在。孔子君子教育思想与新时代青年道德人格培育在教育目标、教育内容、教育方法等方面具有契合性。基于此,借鉴孔子的君子教育思想对新时代青年开展道德人格教育,也就具有可行性。

The "Way of the Gentleman" is the fundamental way practiced by Confucius throughout his life. In Confucius’ view,a gentleman always demands himself with the inner character of "benevolence", "knowledge" and "courage", and restrains himself with the code of conduct of "propriety". This is the basic content of Confucius’ training of a gentleman and the essence of his entire philosophical system and moral teachings. Confucius’ thought of gentleman education is compatible with the cultivation of moral personality of young people in the new era in terms of educational objectives, educational contents and educational methods. Based on this, it is necessary and feasible to carry out moral personality education for young people in the new era by learning from Confucius ’ gentleman education thought.
