教育的本质是人与文化之间的双向建构。文化育人,就是从教育角度讲的“以文化人,文以化人”。文化育人是北京青年政治学院30多年办学的执着追求,也沉淀和塑造了学院青年政治特色内容和文化品格。新时代,学院文化育人将承前启后、踔厉创新,打造“15531校园文化建设工程”,即紧紧围绕“立德树人”教育根本任务这一主题,以文化课堂、文化竞赛、文化展演、文化寻访、文化研究等五大校园文化奠基,通过文化建设导向引领、课堂教育、实践养成、环境培育、传承传播五大平台的建设,着力锻造融合中华优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化等“三种文化”在内的“人文北青”文化品牌。

The essence of education is the bidirectional construction between people and culture.Cultural education,which means"to nurture people with culture and to transform people with culture"from the perspective of education.Cultural education is the persistent pursuit of Beijing Youth Politics College for more than 30 years,and it has also precipitated and shaped the special content and cultural character of youth politics.In the new era,the college will carry forward and innovate to build the"15531Campus Culture Construction Project",that is,focusing on the theme of the fundamental task of education of"building moral character",with five major campus culture foundations,such as cultural classes,cultural competitions,cultural exhibitions,cultural visits and cultural research.Through the construction of five major platforms of cultural construction:orientation and guidance,classroom education,practice and cultivation,environment cultivation and transmission,we are striving to forge a"humanistic BJYPC"cultural brand that integrates"three cultures",including the excellent Chinese traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture.
