高功率激光合束的指向控制分析及研究进展 被引量:1

Analysis and Research Progress on Pointing Control of High Power Laser Beam Combination

摘要 激光合束技术是获得数十千瓦至百千瓦功率激光的有效技术路径,是实现满足激光武器系统需求的激光光源关键技术。但在实际应用中,振动、温变、材料强激光吸收等因素都会对光束指向产生影响,从而降低各路激光的重合度,导致合束效果变差,光束指向的闭环反馈控制是解决上述问题、提高合束激光器及合束系统环境适应能力的关键。分析了指向偏差对合束效果的影响规律,介绍了指向控制技术的基本原理、关键技术和研究现状,给出了三种常见的指向控制器件工作的优缺点,并对指向控制技术发展趋势进行了展望。 Laser beam combining technology is an effective way to obtain tens of kilowatts to hundreds of kilowatts of laser power,which is viewed as the key technology to realize the laser source to meet the requirements of laser weapon system.However,in practical application,vibration,temperature fluctuation,strong laser absorption of materials and other factors affect the beam pointing,so as to reduce the coincidence degree of each laser beamlet.This will lead to beam quality degradation.The closed-loop feedback control of beam pointing is the key to solve the above problems and improve the environment adaptability of combined laser.In this paper,the influence law of pointing deviation on beam combining effect is analyzed,the basic principle,key technology and research status of pointing control technology are introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of three common pointing controllers are also illustrated.At the end,the development trend of pointing control technology is prospected.
