惯量积测试系统再平衡回路设计 被引量:1

Design of Rebalance Loop for Inertia Product Test System

摘要 摆式积分陀螺加速度计浮子组件惯量积在内环轴上产生离心力矩会导致仪表输出存在二次项误差,且惯量积量级小,常规方法测试难度大,基于此问题提出了一种通过高速旋转激发惯量积产生离心力矩的测试方法。将再平衡回路应用于惯量积测试,通过力矩平衡的方法实现对惯量积的精确测量,在此基础上可实现对惯量积的去除补偿,有利于提高摆式积分陀螺加速度计的精度。再平衡回路的仿真结果表明,所设计的再平衡回路不仅能提供足够的力矩电流使浮子组件始终处于零位附近,而且系统响应快,过渡过程比较平稳,输出的力矩电流能正确反映惯量积产生的离心力矩。实验结果表明,力矩电流的误差为0.2mA,非线性度小于0.5%,对称性小于0.2%。 The centrifugal torque generated by floater assembly inertia product of pendulous integrating gyroscope accelerometer on the inner axis will lead to quadratic error of instrument output, and the order of inertia product is small, so it is difficult to test by conventional method. Based on this problem, a test method of centrifugal torque generated by inertia product excited by high-speed rotation is proposed in this paper. The rebalance loop is applied to the test of inertia product, and the precise measurement of inertia product is realized by torque balance method. On this basis, the elimination and compensation of inertia product can be realized, which is beneficial to improve the performance of pendulous integrating gyroscope accelerometer. The simulation results based on the rebalance loop show that the rebalance loop can not only provide enough torque current to make the floater assembly always near the zero position, but also the system has fast response, stable transition process, and the output torque current can correctly reflect the centrifugal torque generated by inertia product. The experiment results show that the error of torque current is 0.2 mA, the nonlinearity is less than 0.5%, and the symmetry is less than 0.2%.
