浅析城市更新体制机制的构建与示范——以深圳市为例

ANALYSIS ON THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEMONSTRATION OF URBAN RENEWAL SYSTEM AND MECHANISM——TAKING SHENZHEN AS AN EXAMPLE

随着中国城镇化进程的加快,城市更新活动的类型日益丰富。包括深圳在内的国内很多城市,都已经在城市更新政策制度的构建方面进行了长期实践。本文以深圳为例,对其城市更新体制机制进行了研究,并从中总结经验,旨在帮助其他城市构建并完善城市更新制度,激发城市的市场主体活力,提高城市的精细化治理水平。

With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the types of urban renewal activities are increasingly abundant. Many domestic cities, including Shenzhen, have carried out long-term practice in the construction of urban renewal policy and system.Taking Shenzhen as an example, this paper studies its urban renewal system and mechanism, and summarizes experience from it, aiming to help other cities to build and improve urban renewal system,stimulate the vitality of urban market players, and improve the level of fine governance of cities.
