房地产开发项目管理工作中存在的问题及其应对措施分析

ANALYSIS OF PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

近年来,房地产行业虽然发展迅速,但是也暴露出了许多问题,尤其是在房地产项目管理工作上。这些问题如果不能得到有效解决,长此以往,就会影响到房地产行业的正常发展。基于此,本文对房地产开发项目管理工作进行了分析,指出了房地产开发项目管理工作的重要性,并针对房地产开发项目管理中存在的问题提出了一些应对措施,以期建设出高质量的房地产项目,推动我国房地产企业的健康有序发展。

In recent years, although the real estate industry has developed rapidly, many problems have also been exposed, especially in the management of real estate projects. If these problems cannot be effectively solved, the normal development of the real estate industry will be affected in the long run.Based on this, this paper analyzes the management work of real estate development project, points out the importance of management work of real estate development project, and puts forward some countermeasures for the problems existing in the management of real estate development project, so as to build high-quality real estate projects and promote the healthy and orderly development of China’s real estate enterprises.
