浅谈房屋建筑施工质量管理问题及优化措施

DISCUSSION ON THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROBLEM AND OPTIMIZATION MEASURES OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

房屋建筑质量关系到国民的日常生活。施工单位在进行质量管理时,一旦没有严格遵循相关标准或者管理不到位,就会使得建筑质量大幅下降,不但增加施工建设成本,还会威胁人们的生命财产安全。就目前来看,我国房屋建筑施工质量问题时有发生。因此,本文就房屋建筑施工质量管理存在的问题加以分析,并以此为基础,提出针对性的优化措施,以期为施工单位进行房屋建筑施工质量管理提供参考。

The quality of building construction is related to people’s daily life. When the quality management is carried out by construction units,once the relevant standards are not strictly followed or the management is not in place, the construction quality control will be greatly reduced, which not only increases the construction cost, but also threatens people’s lives and property safety. At present, China’s building construction quality problems have occurred from time to time. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction quality of building construction, and on this basis, this paper also puts forward targeted optimization measures, so as to provide reference for construction units to carry out quality management of building construction.
