摘要
如今,城市“更新”已然成为城市发展的新命题,城市发展理念从“空间管理”向“综合治理”、从“增量发展”向“存量更新”转变,开放性、多元化、合作性的城市治理模式深受欢迎。本文从位于北京市海淀区上地的原联想地块街区提升改造项目入手,首先分析了选择原联想地块街区作为试点项目的原因,然后阐述了联想项目之后上地区域整体的提升改造推进情况,最后总结了工作中存在的问题及困难,并提出了相关建议,以期为相关领域的工作人员提供帮助。
Nowadays, urban “renewal” has become a new proposition of urban development. The concept of urban development has changed from “spatial management”to “comprehensive management”,from“incremental development” to “stock renewal”.The open, diversified and cooperative urban governance model is welcomed. Starting with the upgrading and reconstruction project of the original Lenovo block in Shangdi, Haidian District, Beijing, this paper analyzes the reasons for selecting the original Lenovo block as a pilot project at first, and then expounds the overall upgrading and reconstruction of the Shangdi area after the Lenovo project. Finally, the problems and difficulties in the work are summarized,and relevant suggestions are put forward, so as to provide help for the staff in related fields.
