大型城市综合体地下公交场站消防设计初步探讨——以北京“合生汇”项目为例

PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION ON FIRE PROTECTION DESIGN OF UNDERGROUND BUS STATION IN LARGE URBAN COMPLEX——TAKING BEIJING “HESHENGHUI” PROJECT AS AN EXAMPLE

北京“合生汇”项目坚持城市总体规划先行,在地下一层引入公交场站这一城市公共基础配套设施,实现了城市公交与轨道换乘的零距离对接。与此同时,该公交场站的上下客区人员数量多且人流密集,但对应区域的防火设计不规范。基于此,在专家评审会的分析和指导下,本项目的设计方案不仅能满足地下公交场站的防火设计要求,还能有效提升建筑的整体防火性能。总的来说,本文通过分析“合生汇”项目地下公交场站的防火设计,旨在为其他同类项目提供新的设计思路。

Beijing “Heshenghui” project adheres to the principle of giving priority to the overall urban planning, and introduces the bus station as the urban public infrastructure facilities at the underground layer,which realizes the zero distance docking of urban public transport and rail transfer. At the same time,the boarding and alighting area of the bus station has a large number of people and a dense flow of people,while the fire protection design of the corresponding area is lack of standard fire protection design. Based on this, under the analysis and guidance of expert review, the design scheme of this project can not only meet the fire protection design requirements of underground bus stations, but also effectively improve the overall fire protection performance of the building.In general, this paper analyzes the fire protection design of underground bus station of “Heshenghui”project, aiming to provide new design ideas for other similar projects.
