摘要
随着我国城镇化进程的加快,老旧小区的改造逐渐成为影响城镇化发展的关键因素。老旧小区已无法满足人们现代化生活的需要,作为当前阻碍城镇化快速发展的重大问题,其改造过程又往往受到前期设计的限制,困难重重。通过相关调研发现,老旧小区的改造必须建立在对建筑设计深层思考的基础上,才能较好地突破老旧小区的固有局限性。因此,本文首先简要概括了老旧小区改造项目中建筑设计存在的问题,并结合A老旧小区改造项目分析了建筑设计在老旧小区改造中的实际应用,以期为老旧小区的改造工作提供新的思路。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the reconstruction of old residential areas has gradually become a key factor affecting the development of urbanization. The old residential areas have been unable to meet the needs of people’s modern life. As a major problem hindering the rapid development of urbanization, the reconstruction process is often limited by the previous design, and there are many difficulties. Through relevant research,it is found that the reconstruction of old residential areas must be based on deep thinking of building design, so as to better break through the inherent limitations of old residential areas. Therefore, this paper first briefly summarizes the problems existing in the building design of the reconstruction project of the old residential area, and analyzes the practical application of building design in the reconstruction of the old residential area combined with the reconstruction project of the A old residential area, so as to provide new ideas for the reconstruction of the old residential area.
