神经网络预测模型在建筑工程造价预测工作中的应用研究——以某建筑工程为例

随着建筑行业的发展,建筑工程项目的复杂性日益增加,其工程造价预测难度也随之增大。在互联网技术日益发展的背景下,神经网络预测模型应运而生。利用神经网络预测模型,相关工作人员可以得到更精准的工程造价预测数据。本文简单介绍了工程造价及其预测工作,分析了神经网络预测模型的构建原理,并根据实际工程案例对神经网络预测模型的应用效果展开探讨,以期推动该模型在建筑工程造价预测管理中的广泛应用。

With the development of construction industry, the complexity of construction projects is increasing, and the difficulty of project cost prediction is also increasing. In the context of increasingly growing Internet technology, neural network prediction model came into being. Using neural network prediction model, the relevant staff can get more accurate engineering cost prediction data. This paper briefly introduces the project cost and its prediction work,analyzes the construction principle of neural network prediction model, and discusses the application effect of neural network prediction model according to practical engineering cases, so as to promote the wide application of the model in the prediction management of construction project cost.
