建筑屋面防水施工技术浅析

通常,屋面防水工程的施工质量直接影响着房屋建筑的质量。同时,因防水工程施工不到位引发的屋面渗漏等问题,还会对房屋建筑的结构造成不同程度的损害。因此,在房屋建筑施工阶段,建筑企业必须注重屋面防水工程质量,并根据实际建设需要,科学、合理地选择防水施工技术,进而提升房屋建筑的防水性能,为业主营造更为安全、舒适的居住环境。本文结合建筑工程施工流程,对屋面防水问题进行分析,并在此基础上探讨了建筑屋面防水施工技术的优化措施,以期为相关人员提供参考。

Generally, the construction quality of roof waterproof engineering directly affects the quality of housing construction. At the same time, roof leakage caused by inadequate waterproof construction will also cause damage to the structure of housing buildings to varying degrees. Therefore, in the construction stage of housing construction, construction enterprises must pay attention to the quality of roof waterproof engineering, and select waterproof construction technology scientifically and reasonably according to the actual construction needs, so as to improve the waterproof performance of housing construction and create a safer and more comfortable living environment for owners. Based on the construction process of building engineering, this paper analyzes the roof waterproof problem, and on this basis,discusses the optimization measures of building roof waterproof construction technology, so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
