众包设计平台工作者关系网络构建与分析

Construction and analysis of workers'relationship network of crowdsourcing design platform

众包利用广泛的社会化设计资源解决企业创新难题,实现企业创新研发模式的升级。为研究众包设计平台工作者之间的关系及形成原因,总结了两类众包设计平台,并基于复杂网络构建两类众包设计平台工作者关系网络,从网络的度分布、平均路径长度、网络直径、集群系数、模块度和社区数量等复杂网络指标探究了网络特性,研究了两类平台不同的网络特征并探究工作者关系网络形成机理。以国内外2个典型众包设计平台为例,验证了所提方法的有效性和适用性。

To study the relationship between crowdsourcing design platform workers and the reasons for their formation,two types of crowdsourcing design platforms were summarized.Two types of crowdsourcing design platform worker relationship networks were built based on complex networks.The network characteristics of two types of platforms were explored from complex network indicators such as the degree distribution of the network,the average path length,the network diameter,the cluster coefficient,the modularity and the number of communities.Meanwhile,the formation mechanism of the worker relationship network was explored.Two typical crowdsourcing design platforms at home and abroad were taken as examples to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method.
