过氧化物对EVM/tPA热塑性弹性体性能的影响

摘要 采用转矩流变仪制备了动态硫化乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物/三元共聚尼龙热塑性弹性体(EVM/tPA TPE)材料,研究了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量对EVM/tPA TPE(EVM为EVM600HV和EVM-GMA)的动态硫化特性、力学性能以及耐热油性能的影响。结果表明,随着DCP在一定范围内用量的增加,弹性体的力学性能呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,当DCP用量为3.2份时,EVM/tPA TPE的综合性能最佳;在相同DCP用量下,EVM-GMA/tPA TPE比EVM/tPA TPE具有更好的力学性能和耐热油性能。 The dynamic vulcanized ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVM)/terpolymer nylon(tPA)thermoplastic elastomer material was prepared by dynamic vulcaniztion method,and the effect of the amount of DCP on the dynamic vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and heat-resistant oil properties of EVM/tPA TPE(EVM was EVM600 HV and EVM-GMA)was studied.The results showed that with the increase of the dosage of DCP within a certain range,the mechanical properties of the elastomer showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the dosage of DCP was 3.2 phr,the comprehensive performance of EVM/tPA TPE was the best.Under the same dosage of DCP,EVM-GMA/tPA TPE had better mechanical properties and heat resistance oil properties than EVM/tPA TPE.
