摘要
研究了不同长度改性芳纶短纤维对碳纳米管增强NR/BR并用胶复合材料硫化特性、力学性能、DIN摩擦性能的影响,通过体式显微镜分析了摩擦表面。结果表明,在相同条件下加入1mm芳纶纤维时,胶料的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率较好,磨耗较高;加入3mm芳纶纤维时,胶料100%定伸应力和撕裂强度较好,且磨耗较低。
The effects of different lengths of modified aramid short fibers on the mechanical properties and DIN friction properties of carbon nanotube reinforced NR/BR composites were studied,and the friction surface was analyzed by stereomicroscope.The results showed that under the same conditions,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the compound with 1 mm aramid fiber were better,but the wear was higher.The 100%modulus and tear strength of the compound with 3 mm aramid fiber were better,and the wear was lower.
