摘要
采用芳纶表面活化处理、间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳体系浸渍处理、增粘体系改性三种方法进行工艺优化,研究了芳纶织物表面处理对其与橡胶粘合性能的影响。结果表明,采用表面活化方法可以提高芳纶/橡胶间的界面粘合强度,但会在一定程度上降低芳纶布的本体强度;采用表面浸渍方法可以提高芳纶/橡胶间的界面粘合强度、搭接强度;采用增粘体系改性的方法可以提高芳纶/橡胶间的界面粘合强度,其中丙烯酸树脂(101树脂)效果最佳。
The process was optimized by three methods:aramid fiber surface activation treatment,resorcinol formaldenhyde latex system dipping treatment and tackifying system modififcation,and the effect of surface treatment of aramid fabric on its adhesive to rubber was studied.The results showed that the surface activation method could improve the interfacial bonding strength of the aramid fiber/rubber,but the bulk strength of aramid to a certain extent could reduce;the interfacial bonding strength and lap strength of the aramid fiber/rubber was improved by the surface dipping;the interfacial bonding strength of aramid/rubber could be improved by adopting the modificdtion method of tackifying system,and acrylic resin had the best effect.
