配方因素对浅色丁苯橡胶撕裂强度的影响

摘要 研究了生胶、硫黄、浅色补强填料、偶联剂及古马隆树脂等对浅色丁苯橡胶(SBR)撕裂强度的影响。结果表明,SBR/NR并用可提高胶料的撕裂强度,最佳并用比为85/15;加入适量硫黄可以提升胶料的撕裂强度,最佳用量为2.5份;白炭黑并用少量硅土,有助于胶料撕裂强度的提高,同时可延长胶料的焦烧时间,缩短正硫化时间;硅烷偶联剂提升胶料撕裂强度的效果较好,其最佳用量为4.5份;加入4.0份的古马隆树脂后,胶料的撕裂强度最佳。 The effects of raw rubber,sulfur,light colored reinforcing filler,colupling agent and coumarone resin on the tear strength of light colored SBR were studied.The results showed that,the tear strength of the compound could be improved by the blending of SBR/NR,adding 2.5 phr of sulfur,4.5 phr of silane coupling agent and 4.0 phr of coumarone resin,silica combined with a small amount of siliceous soil.Among them,adding silica combined with a small amount of siliceous soil could prolong the scorch time and shorten the optimum curing time,adding 4.0 phr of coumarone resin,the tear strength of the compound was the best.
