摘要
针对以2,4-二氯过氧苯甲酰(DCBP)作硫化体系的热空气硫化硅橡胶,分析了其压缩永久变形较大的产生机理,研究了添加吸羟剂及碱金属氧化物后性能的变化。结果表明,DCBP热分解副产物导致胶料酸性过强是产生这一现象的主要原因;适当地加入碱金属氧化物和吸羟剂可改善此类橡胶的压缩永久变形性能,其中加入碱金属氧化物的效果较为明显。
Aiming at the hot air vulcanization silicon rubber with 2,4-Dichlorobenzoyl peroxide(DCBP) as the vulcanization system,the generation mechanism of the high compression set was analyzed,and the change of performance after adding absorbent and alkali metal oxides was studied.The results showed that the excessive acidity of compound caused by the thermal decomposition of DCBP was the mian reason for this phenomenon.Appropriate addition of alkali metal oxides and absorbents could improve the compression set properties of such rubber,especially the alkali metal oxides effect was more obvious.
