摘要
为了直观反映专利技术性能水平,辅助专利价值评价,提出一种机电产品专利技术性能评价方法。通过专利信息模块化处理抽取专利信息中关键技术特征,组合建立专利技术结构模型;基于专利知识空间进行专利技术元件属性参数设置,实现专利技术性能仿真与结果输出;应用隶属函数分析专利技术性能与流合理区间的重合度及其相对差值,评价专利技术性能水平。以水泥装车机械手为例,对该评价方法进行应用研究,验证了方法的可行性。
In order to directly reflect the performance of patented technology and assist in the evaluation of patent value,the method for evaluating the performance of patented technology of electromechanical products is proposed.Key technical features are extracted from patent information through modularized processing of patent information and used to build a patent technology structure model.Parameter settings of patented technology components are attributed based on patent knowledge space to realize performance simulation and result output of patented technology.The membership function is applied to analyze the overlap and relative difference between the patented technology performance and the flow reasonable interval,and to evaluate the performance of the patented technology.Feasibility of the proposed method is verified by an example of a cement loading manipulator.
