复合材料气瓶包带总装预紧力研究

摘要 某型号航天器高压气瓶采用包带固定的方式安装在支架上,气瓶有三种主要状态:不充气状态、充气10 MPa状态、充气35 MPa状态。气瓶组合体装船后对包带等部位无法操作,包带预紧力一次设置到位需要满足不同状态下气瓶的可靠安装固定。通过对气瓶安装形式的分析,对气瓶包带预紧力进行了理论分析及应变测量试验,最终确定气瓶包带螺钉拧紧力矩大小,满足产品固定及总装实施要求。 The high-pressure composite gas-cylinder of some spacecraft is fixed on the support bracket by a clamp band.The gas-cylinder has three main states:non inflation,inflated to 10 MPa and inflated to 35 MPa.The clamp band would be unreachable after the gas-cylinder support assembly is installed on the spacecraft,so the preload of the clamp band should be set at one time to meet the requirements of reliable installation of the gas-cylinder in different states.The installation structure of the gas-cylinder is analyzed.The theoretical analysis and strain measurement test of the preload of the gas-cylinder clamp band are carried out.Then the tightening torque of the gas-cylinder clamp band fastener is finally determined.The fixing and installation requirements of the cylinder are realized.
