摘要
刮板输送机联动效应的存在使得在对其调直时无法保证直线度精度,有必要针对该联动效应进行参数化分析。提出了一种刮板输送机联动效应参数化与虚拟实现方法,确定了发生联动效应的各中部槽的联动角度与距离,并基于 Character Joint 等物理引擎,在 Unity3D 中对该效应进行了可视化,并通过仿真,对参数化模型以及虚拟联动效应实现方法的应用结果进行了对比分析,证明了参数化结果以及建立的仿真模型的可靠性。
The existence of the linkage effects of scraper conveyor makes it impossible to ensure the straightness accuracy when it being straightened,so it is necessary to carry out parametric analysis on the linkage effects.The paper proposed a parametric and virtual realization method for the linkage effects of scraper conveyor,identified the linkage angle and distance of various middle grooves in the linkage effects,and visualized the effects in Unity3D based on the physical engines such as Character Joint.Finally,the application results of the parametric model and the realization method of virtual linkage effects were compared and analyzed through simulation,which indicated the reliability of the parametric results and the established simulation model.
