摘要
旋回破碎机的衬板为耐磨件,承担着保护破碎机本体的作用,但破碎机工作一定时间后,需要更换磨损的衬板。目前矿企都凭借经验定期更换衬板,缺乏量化衬板磨损值的手段。对此,采取了激光三维扫描对衬板进行测量,生成点云数据,对点云数据进行数据拼接拟合,并与衬板的原始模型进行比对,计算出磨损值,进而计算出需要更换衬板的时间,避免了不必要的停机,极大地提高了矿山企业的设备利用率,提高了产能和效益。
As a wear-resistant part,the liner of the gyratory crusher plays the role of protecting the crusher shell.However,after the crusher works for some time,the worn liner needs to be replaced.At present,the liner was replaced regularly by experience in mining enterprises,lacking of means of quantifying the wear magnitude of the liner.The laser 3D scanning was applied to measure the liner,and the point cloud data was produced.After the splicing and fitting of the point cloud data,the comparison between the results and the original model of the liner was made.Then the wear magnitude was calculated,and the duration to replace the liner was estimated so as to avoid unnecessary downtime,which greatly improved the utilization ratio of equipments,and enhanced the productivity and the efficiency in mining enterprises.
