大容量高功率磷酸铁锂动力电池研制

Research on large capacity and high power LiFePO4 power battery

摘要 石墨烯应用于磷酸铁锂电池,有助于提高其倍率特性。本文以能量密度较传统18650型提升了47.46%的40155圆柱型磷酸铁锂电池为研究对象,探究不同石墨烯添加量对电池内阻的影响。结果表明,电池内阻先随石墨烯添加量的增加而降低;但超过一定比例后,内阻随石墨烯的增加而增加。大容量高功率40155电池具有快速充电能力,5 C高倍率下达到90.1%的充电容量仅需12分钟,并且具有良好的循环性能。 Lithium iron phosphate batteries using graphene have high rate characteristics.This paper takes the 40155 cylindrical lithium iron phosphate batteries whose energy density is 47.46%higher than that of the traditional 18650 type as the research object,and explores the effect of different graphene additions on the internal resistance of the battery.The results showed that the internal resistance of the battery first decreased with the increase of graphene addition.After a certain proportion,the internal resistance increased with the increase of graphene.The large-capacity and high-power 40155 batteries has fast charging capability,can reach 90.1%charging capacity in 12 minutes at 5 C high rate,and has good cycle performance.
