超临界二氧化碳透平机械用气体轴承的研究进展及关键技术 被引量:5

摘要 气体轴承可应用于超临界二氧化碳(supercritical carbon dioxide,S-CO)布雷顿循环透平机械(压缩机、涡轮机)中,以适应高转速并提高旋转机械运行的稳定性。文中总结了国内外对S-CO透平机械所用气体轴承的研究现状,介绍应用于S-CO透平机械中气体轴承的类型以及应用特点、理论分析和实验研究情况,为我国S-CO透平机械所用气体轴承的研究提供参考。此外,进一步总结今后S-CO透平机械气体轴承研究和应用需重点关注的问题,主要包括S-CO实际气体雷诺方程修正、止推气体轴承载力问题、径向轴承动态特性问题、风阻损耗计算问题、箔片轴承的热问题以及耐高温固体涂层问题等。对S-CO透平机械气体轴承的发展方向进行展望。 Gas bearing can be applied to supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO)Brayton cycle turbine machinery(compressor,turbine),in order to adapt to high speed and improve the stability of rotating machinery.This paper summarized the research status of gas bearing used in S-COturbine machinery at home and abroad,introduced the types,application characteristics,theoretical analysis and experimental researches of gas bearing used in S-COturbine machinery,and provided reference for the research of gas bearing used in S-COturbine machinery in China.In addition,the problems that needed to be paid attention to in the future research and application of S-COgas bearing used in turbine machinery were summarized,including the modification of the real gas model of S-COworking fluid,the bearing capacity of thrust gas bearing,the dynamic characteristics of radial bearing,the calculation of wind resistance loss,the heat problem of foil bearing,and the problem of high temperature solid coating.Finally,the development direction of S-COturbomachinery gas bearing was prospected.
