摘要 为了进一步提高混合励磁同步电机运行效率,该文提出一种基于铁耗占比的速度分区损耗最小控制新方法,通过电枢和励磁电流的协调控制实现电机损耗最小运行。首先运用有限元仿真计算铁耗与电枢电流、励磁电流和转速之间的响应关系,其次采用逐步回归法得到铁耗的三元三次多项式回归模型。在此基础上,引入铁耗占比概念,提出一种新的速度分区方案。接着基于自抗扰控制思想对转矩进行观测,通过转速估算所需电磁转矩,为电流分配提供更加合理的依据。最后对电机不同工况下损耗最小优化模型分析并进行仿真和实验验证。结果表明,与传统混合励磁电机控制方法相比,所设计的基于速度分区的损耗最小控制新方法能够有效地降低电机损耗。 In order to further improve the operation efficiency of hybrid excitation synchronous motor,a new speed partition loss minimization control method based on iron loss ratio was proposed in this paper,which realized the minimum loss operation of the motor through the coordinated control of armature and excitation current.Firstly,the response relationship between iron loss with armature current,excitation current and speed was calculated by finite element simulation.Secondly,the ternary cubic polynomial regression model of iron loss was obtained by stepwise regression method.On this basis,the concept of iron loss ratio was introduced,and a new speed partition scheme was proposed.Then the torque was observed based on the active disturbance rejection control,and the required electromagnetic torque was estimated by rotational speed to provide a more reasonable basis for current distribution.Finally,the optimization model of the minimum loss of the motor under different working conditions was analyzed and verified by simulations and tests.The results show that compared with the traditional control method of hybrid excitation motor,the new loss minimization control method based on speed partition can effectively reduce the loss of the motor.
