基于服务创新维度的公共档案馆社会影响力建构探析

Analysis of Social Influence Construction of Public Archives Based on Service Innovation Dimension

档案服务是履行公共档案馆职责、实现档案价值的重要途径,是塑造公共档案馆与社会两者之间关系的桥梁。通过创新服务理念、服务内容、服务形式与服务反馈,能够提高档案服务水平与服务质量,优化档案用户的服务体验,从而提升公共档案馆服务社会的影响深度、影响范围以及影响力度。基于服务创新维度,从三方面提出构建公共档案馆社会影响力的路径:营造主动创新与多元参与的服务生态,锻造公共服务能力;开拓档案服务协同合作,激发馆际联动影响力;深化服务宣传与推广,提升社会档案意识,充分发挥档案服务国家中心大局、社会民生与文化教育的价值,开创档案服务大格局,助推国家档案事业高质量发展。

Archives service is an imporant way tofullthe duties of public archives and realize the value of archives,anditis also a bridge to shape the relationship between public archives and society.Through the innovation of service concept,service content,service form and service feedback,the service level and quality of archives can be improved,and the service experience of archives users can be optimized,so as to enhance the influence depth of public archives serving the society,expand is influence scope and strengthen its influence.Basedon the dimension of service inovation,this paper puts forward the construction of social influenceof public archives from three aspects:create a service ecology ofactive innovation and multiple participation,and forge public service ca pacity;developthe cllaborative cooperation of archives service and stimulate the inluence of inter-archives linkage;deepen the service publicity and promotion and enhance the awareness of social archives.In order to give fullplay tothe value of archives serving the overall situation of the country,social livelihood and cultural education,create a big pattem of archives service and promote the high quality development of national archives.
