In the future development,the single set system management of electronic documents willbecome inevitable.However,the dual set system of electronic documents is still widely used for archiving,the reason is that there are many risks in the single set management of electronic documents,such as dependence on electronic equipment,policy gap,use of electronic signature,renewalof storage carrier and immaturity of related technologies.Through the analysis of the existing risks in the management of electronic documents inthe singleset,and the fomulation of corresponding preventive measures,in order to beer control the relatedrsks andensure information security in the future,the early realization of electronic file system management of the universal application.
