The governance of ethnic affairs in accordance with the law is an important part of the comprehensive rule of law,an inevitable requirement to promote the common development of all ethnic groups towards socialist modernization,to provide institutional and cultural resources for the continuous promotion of commonality among all ethnic groups,to provide an institutional basis for forging a sense of Chinese national community,and to provide institutional safeguards for building and maintaining national security and a strong Great Wall.
