Application of PMBOK in Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Project Management

测绘技术的发展和测绘地理信息产业的壮大带来了许多新型、大型的测绘地理信息项目,导致传统经验式的项目管理方法已经无法胜任,项目风险随之加大。项目管理知识体系(PMBOK)是由美国项目管理协会在总结项目管理实践中成熟的理论、方法、工具和技术基础上所构建的一个完整、翔实的项目管理体系框架,它提供了具有良好适用性的项目管理流程、知识及方法。先介绍项目管理在测绘生产中的作用以及PMBOK的主要内容,然后详细阐述PMBOK在测绘地理信息项目管理中的应用,包括启动、规划、执行、监控和收尾五大过程组以及成本、质量、进度管理等重点知识领域,帮助测绘项目管理人员完善项目管理理论知识,提高测绘项目管理水平。

The development of surveying and mapping technology and the growth of surveying and mapping geographic information industry have brought many new and large-scale surveying and mapping geographic information projects,which makes the traditional empirical project management method incompetent,and the project risk increases.Project management knowledge system(PMBOK)is a complete and detailed project management system framework constructed by American Project Management Association on the basis of summarizing the mature theories,methods,tools and technologies in project management practice.It provides project management processes,knowledge and methods with good applicability.This paper first introduces the role of project management in surveying and mapping production and the main contents of PMBOK,and then expounds in detail the application of PMBOK in surveying and mapping geographic information project management,including five process groups of startup,planning,implementation,monitoring and closure,as well as key knowledge fields such as cost management,quality management and schedule management,so as to help surveying and mapping project managers improve their theoretical knowledge of project management,improve project management level.
